Meet Nannette Thorman, Founder of DNTL 25
My career in dentistry is truly a history in the making.
With over 35 years of experience in dental practice management, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside—and helping lead—highly successful dental practices at every stage of growth. My journey began on the front lines as a patient coordinator, where I learned firsthand the importance of trust, communication, and exceptional patient experience. From there, my career steadily evolved through leadership roles, ultimately serving as Chief Operating Officer within a thriving dental practice.
Beyond the practice walls, I spent 11 years as a Program Advisor for a national patient financing company, partnering with dental teams to strengthen case acceptance, improve financial systems, and create sustainable growth strategies.
I am also proud to be the Co-Founder and President of a Dental Administrators Study Club in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area, a role I held for more than 11 years. This experience allowed me to mentor, collaborate, and elevate fellow dental leaders through shared knowledge, accountability, and real-world problem solving.
Today, as Founder and CEO of DNTL 25, I bring this full-spectrum perspective to every practice I serve. I understand dentistry from the inside out—from patients and teams to systems, leadership, and long-term vision. My work is grounded in proven experience, thoughtful strategy, and a deep respect for the people who make dental practices exceptional.
